Stefanie Yahnke, R.N. – Founder & Owner

Stefanie Yahnke is the founder and owner of Riverside Home Care, a small, community-focused home care company committed to helping seniors live safely and comfortably in the homes they love. With her degree as a registered nurse, she has more than 15 years of hands-on experience caring for older adults. This has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges that aging individuals and their families face. As a longtime resident of the Portage Community, her passion for elder care began when she helped care for her aging family members and saw firsthand how important it is for seniors to maintain their dignity, independence and connection to familiar surroundings. Stefanie leads her team with compassion, professionalism and a personal touch – treating every client like family and ensuring that each receives the respectful, reliable care they deserve.

Stefanie’s focus is to see each client flourish within their own homes and stay a part of the community they have surrounded themselves with. She enjoys the variety of skills that her nursing career has allowed her to gain and develop, hoping to spread the knowledge and care with others through attention to detail.

Whenever possible, Stefanie likes to travel and explore nature.

Brandon Yahnke – Director

Brandon Yahnke is the Director of Riverside Home Care, a home care agency focused on helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life at home. With a strong background in business management and a passion for service, Brandon brings leadership, organization and a deep commitment to excellence to the day-to-day operations of the company. Brandon became passionate about healthcare when he volunteered as a local EMS driver. He was inspired to enter the home care field after seeing the impact quality and compassionate care had on his own family members.

As Director, Brandon works closely with the caregivers to ensure every client receives respectful, dependable support tailored to their individual needs. His vision for Riverside Home Care is a belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity and that great care starts with trust and empathy.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys aviation and staying active.
